For those who have a menstrual cycle, this can begin with conscious menstrual cycle awareness, through a daily practice. For everyone else, a cyclical awareness practice is still very much possible and encouraged. You can simply cycle with the moon itself.

We are cyclical beings, living in the natural cyclical world. We flow through night and day, turning around the sun, seasons come and go, we watch the moon, staring in awe as she glides through the heavens dancing out her cycles. Many of us have menstrual cycles and live moving through our up and down dance of hormones. With conscious awareness, we can flow through the many cycles, with more ease. Allow Jessika to gently guide you through a time of reflection, meditation and deeper connection to yourself and the great cosmic cycle, within and around you.

During this 45 minute Zoom session with Jessika. She will gently help you to uncover your own intuitive abilities. 
You will need your own favourite deck, tarot or oracle. Jessika will guide you through a spread and reading, in which you will become your own oracle. 

This session is designed not only to help deepen your own relationship to your innate psychic abilities but also to help you receive guidance on one or more important questions in your life.
