Your menstrual cycle and menstrual energies have a unique signature that reflects and shows up in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual expressions, that effect how you show up in the world, in your daily life. When I started tracking my cycle I began to notice clear patterns of behaviour and could better identify my needs. This daily practice of deep inner awareness has allowed me to see inside myself, to gain a greater connection to my authentic and sovereign nature. I feel more confident, less bewildered, better equipped to journey through life and its many challenges. Thanks to my grounded practice in Menstrual Cycle Awareness, I have become the most me, Ive ever been and I love it!

Experience the exciting one day Menstrual Cycle Awareness course with Jessika
This fun one day workshop, combines Jessika's experience as an energy healer with her training in menstrual cycle awareness, and knowledge of the divine feminine, to guide you deeper into a relationship with yourself. The course is being held in person with a limited number of people. It will include a mixture of lecture, practical exercises and meditative journey.
